Our Delivery Service

We offer delivery only on all orders. This delivery will be charged depending on model size and added to your basket as standard.

Our standard delivery is a 4 – 5 weeks for Flamerite Fires.

Once your order has been received and is ready for dispatch, our delivery partner will contact you directly to arrange a suitable delivery date.

If you have any specific delivery date requirements please speak to a member of our Customer Service team, who will be happy to help.

Deliveries Outside Of Mainland UK

Please be aware that customers living outside of Mainland UK or in some territories of Scotland may not be eligible for our standard and next day delivery services at the above rates.

Deliveries outside mainland UK or falling in the below postcode zones may incur extra delivery charges. If you reside in one of these locations and would like to arrange a delivery, please contact our Customer Service team to discuss the options.

Standard Delivery Exclusion Applies in the following areas:

PA21-41,   PH17-26,   PO30-41, PH42-44,  PA20, 42-49, 60-80
HS, IM,  IV40-51, 52,55-56
KW15-17, ZE
KA27,  KA2

Terms and Conditions

All deliveries can be made on anything from a van to an 18 tonne lorry.  Unless otherwise stated in the delivery questions, we will assume suitable access can be gained to the address and there are no parking restrictions.

Should you live in an area with delivery restrictions or have a graveled driveway, please contact our Customer Services team to discuss alternative delivery options.

We strongly advise against arranging your fitting until goods have been received and checked as, regrettably, we cannot be held responsible for any consequential losses.

Failed Deliveries

If your order arrives as arranged but we are unable to fulfill the delivery,  because there is nobody home to sign for the goods, the goods are refused for any reason or the order is changed/cancelled within 48 hours of your delivery, you will be liable for any additional costs incurred for the goods being returned.

The return delivery is charged as per the standard delivery charge.

Order not as expected

It is important to check the packages for any visual damage to the goods and sign for your order on arrival.

In the rare event that you receive damaged goods or there are missing items, please make sure it is noted on the courier’s paperwork.  We’re afraid that unless signed for as ‘damaged on delivery’, you will be liable for the return delivery charge.
